Product Descriptions

    1. Pre-Sale Disclosure Package
      To be ordered at resale by Owner/Seller. Package includes a Resale Disclosure Statement, Governing Documents, Budget, Annual Financials, Insurance Declaration, and Owner/Tenant Information Sheet.


    3. Closing Kit
      To be ordered at resale by Closing Attorney/Title Company. Package includes a Closing Statement, Insurance Declaration, and Owner/Tenant Information Sheet. Power of Attorney is also included for condominium associations. This product may be ordered as an Update.


    5. Refinance Only, Statement of Account
      To be ordered during a refinance only. Not for use during resale or first time closing. Includes special (limited) Escrow Instructions. This product may be ordered as an Update.

    6. New Home-Lot / First Closing Statement
      To be ordered when NEW HOME is closing for the FIRST TIME to a non-builder, non-developer owner. Includes a New Home Closing Statement with Escrow Instructions, an Owner/Tenant Information Sheet, and other information required for a new-home/first closing. This product may be ordered as an Update.


    8. Lender / Mortgage Questionnaire
      To be ordered by Mortgage Company/Bank or Owner/Seller when to obtain for a loan. Package includes a Lender Questionnaire, Budget, and Insurance Information. Custom lender form processing available as option when ordering a Lender Questionnaire. Note: This product allows one update within 30 days to add the custom lender questionnaire, if it was not selected on the original order placed.


    10. Governing Documents
      Documents include Articles of Incorporation, Association By-Laws, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, applicable Design Standards, and Rules & Regulations. (Note: Included in the Seller’s Disclosure Package).

    11. Appraisal Report
      Provides an overview of amenities, structures, parking and other information desired by appraisers.   


    13. Realtor Report
      Provides the information desired by Real Estate professionals who are listing a property, or desire to have additional information regarding a property owners association. 
      Occupancy Report
      Provides a current report regarding the percentage of unit/homes in which owners have secondary addresses.  


    15. UPDATES
      Select products allow an update for a limited time. To place an update order, look up the original order in your completed order history. The original order will provide an option to place an update order from your online receipt and/or from the green action button as long as the order is still eligible for an update.
