Product Descriptions


  1. Resale Disclosure Package (1 - 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    To be ordered at resale by Owners/Sellers, Realtors and Title Companies, with consent of owner. Package includes RR105c Property Information Form, Governing Documents, Budget, Current & Annual Financials, Regular & Annual Meeting Minutes and Insurance Information. This product may be ordered as an Update. 

  2. Statement of Account (a.k.a. Demand) (1 - 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    A detailed description of all current assessment balances and escrow instructions. Typically, this product is ordered when the RR105c has already been ordered by the seller or sellers representatives or when the Title Company desires a current assessment status. This product may be ordered as an Update.

  3. Refinance Only / Statement of Account (1 - 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    To be ordered during a refinance only. Not for use during resale or first time closing. Includes special (limited) Escrow Instructions. This product may be ordered as an Update.

  4. Fee Purchase / Statement of Account (1 - 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    To be purchased by Title/Escrow Companies. Includes Statement of Account, Escrow Instructions and other information required for fee purchase. This product may be ordered as an Update.
  5. Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI)
    Inspection of Home/Unit in regards to covenant compliance. This service is available for Mortgage Companies, Banks, Lending Institutions and owner/sellers when verification regarding compliance with covenants is desired. (With consent of owner).

  6. Updated Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI)
    Typically ordered by owner/seller's when a re-inspect of unit/home is required to ensure previously noted covenant violation has been corrected. (With consent of owner).

  7. Property Information Form RR105c (1 - 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    Provides the information detailed in RR105c. Typically ordered by Real Estate professionals in conjunction with RR105a disclosure process.

  8. Homeowner Association Questionnaire PLUS Financial and Budget Information
    To be ordered (with consent of owner) by Mortgage Companies, Banks and Lending Institutions desiring information for a loan. Package includes Homeowner Association Questionnaire, Current Financials, Annual Financials, Budget Package and Insurance Information.  Custom lender form processing available as option when ordering a lender questionnaire.

  9. Homeowner Association Questionnaire (1 - 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    To be ordered (with consent of owner) by Mortgage Companies, Banks and Lending Institutions desiring information for a loan. Package includes Homeowner Association Questionnaire and Insurance Information.  Custom lender form processing available as option when ordering a lender questionnaire.

  10. Documents Only Package  (1 - 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    To be ordered by authorized parties when "documents only" are desired. Package includes Budget Package, Annual Meeting Minutes, Regular Meeting Minutes, Current Financials, Annual Financials, Public Report (if available), Reserve Reports, Insurance Declaration, and Governing Documents.

  11. Governing Documents (1 - 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    To be ordered when only the Governing Documents are needed, unrelated to a Resale Disclosure Package. Documents include Articles of Incorporation, Association By-Laws, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, applicable Design Standards, and Rules & Regulations. 

  12. Insurance Certification
    To be ordered by owners, the Insurance Certification provides association insurance coverage information. Note: the insurance information is limited to the association policies, not the individual unit/home policies and coverages.

  13. Appraisal Report
    Provides an overview of amenities, structures, parking and other information desired by appraisers.
  14. Realtor Listing Information
    Provides the information desired by Real Estate professionals who are listing a property, or desire to have additional information regarding a property owners association.
  15. Occupancy Report
    Provides a current report regarding the percentage of unit/homes in which owners have secondary addresses.
  16. Financial Statements
    (Included in the Resale Disclosure Package, Homeowner's Association Questionnaire PLUS Financial and Budget Info Package, as well as the Documents Only Package.) May be ordered separately when only financial reports are required. Includes the most current balance sheet and income statement information available.

  17. Annual Meeting Minutes
    (Included in the Documents Only Package.) May be ordered separately when only the last approved annual meeting minutes are required. Includes minutes for the last year available.

  18. Regular Meeting Minutes
    (Included in the Documents Only Package.) May be ordered separately when only the last approved regular meeting minutes are required. Includes minutes for the last three months available.
