Resale Certificate Disclosure – Email Delivery Only
To be ordered at resale by Owner/Seller or their agent. Package includes Virginia Resale Disclosure Statement, Covenants Compliance Inspection, Governing Documents, Budget, Meeting Minutes, Annual Financials/Audit, Reserve Study and Insurance Certificate.

Resale Certificate Disclosure – Hardcopy Delivery Only
To be ordered at resale by Owner/Seller or their agent. Package includes Virginia Resale Disclosure Statement, Covenants Compliance Inspection, Governing Documents, Budget, Meeting Minutes, Annual Financials/Audit, Reserve Study and Insurance Certificate. 

Financial Update / Statement of Account
To be ordered by Title Companies or Settlement Agents during a resale transaction.  This package includes an updated Statement of Account/Escrow Instructions, Budget, Annual Financials/Audit, and Reserve Study.  A Covenants Compliance Inspection may also be added for an additional fee.  This product may be ordered as an Update (see Updates below).

Refinance Only, Statement of Account
To be ordered during a refinance only. Not for use during resale or first time closing. Includes special (limited) Escrow Instructions. This product may be ordered as an Update (see Updates below). 

First Closing Package
To be ordered by Developer / Builder for a NEW HOME closing for the FIRST TIME owner. Includes Statement of Account, Escrow Instructions, Governing Documents, Financials, Virginia Acknowledgment Form, and other information required for first closing.

Covenants Compliance Inspection Update
May be ordered by Mortgage Companies, Banks, and Lending Institutions, with consent of owner, when a re-inspection of unit/home is required to ensure a previously noted violation from a Covenants Compliance Inspection has been corrected.

Lender / Mortgage Questionnaire
To be ordered by banks, lending institutions, mortgage companies and others desiring information for a loan. Includes lender questionnaire, insurance certification information, etc. Custom lender form processing available as option when ordering a lender questionnaire.

Purchaser Research Package
Typically ordered by lenders, potential buyers or representatives of potential buyers when researching information on HUD homes or property foreclosures, with consent of owner. Package includes Realtor information, Budget and Governing Documents.

Governing Documents
Note: Documents only; does not meet Virginia resale disclosure requirements. Included in the Resale Disclosure Package. To be ordered when only the Governing Documents are needed, unrelated to a Resale Disclosure Package. Documents include Articles of Incorporation, Association Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, applicable design standards, and rules & regulations. 

Appraisal Report
Provides an overview of amenities, structures, parking and other information desired by appraisers.

Realtor Report
Provides the information desired by Real Estate professionals who are listing a property, or desire to have additional information regarding a property owners association.

Occupancy Report
Provides a current report regarding the percentage of unit/homes in which owners have secondary addresses.

UPDATES
For a limited time, you can order an update for select products. To place an update order, you must locate your original order in your "Completed Orders" list. When you click on the green action button to its left, you will see options called "View" and "Order Update". Note: The system will not display the second option ("Order Update"), if an order is not eligible for an update. Please use your browser's BACK button to return to the shopping login page.

Note: Updates for products do not include a re-inspection of the unit/home regarding covenants compliance. If an update of a covenants compliance inspection is desired, it may be ordered as a separate menu item (above).
