Product Descriptions

  1. Resale Disclosure Package
    To be ordered at resale by Title Companies, Sellers, Owners & Owners Agents. Package includes Resale Disclosure Statement, Escrow Instructions, Statement of Account, Governing Documents, Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI), Insurance Certification, Budget, Financials, Reserve Study, if applicable, Additional Documents and Welcome Information. Financial aspects of this product can be ordered as an Update (see Updates below).

  2. Covenants Compliance Inspection 
  3. Inspection of property related to covenant compliance. Included in the Resale Disclosure Package, this service is also available to Mortgage Companies, Banks, Lending Institutions and Sellers as a separate product when verification regarding compliance with covenants is desired.

  4. Updated Inspection Report
    To be ordered by owner/seller when re-inspection of unit/home is necessary to ensure covenant violation previously noted by Associa Arizona (formerly Jomar Association Services) has been corrected.

  5. New Home-Lot / First Closing Statement
    To be ordered when NEW HOME is closing for the FIRST TIME to a non-builder, non-developer owner. Includes Statement of Account, Escrow Instructions and other information required for first closing.

  6. Refinance Only, Statement of Account
    To be ordered during a refinance only. Not for use during resale or first time closing. Includes special (limited) Escrow Instructions.

  7. Lender / Mortgage Questionnaire (1 - 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    To be ordered by banks, lending institutions, mortgage companies and others desiring information for a loan. Includes Lender Questionnaire, Insurance Certification information, and Budget. Custom lender form processing available.

  8. Realtor Listing Information
    Provides the information desired by Real Estate professionals who are listing a property, or desire to have additional information regarding a property owners association.

  9. Appraisal Information
    Provides an overview of amenities, structures, parking and other information desired by appraisers.
  11. Governing Documents
    To be ordered when only the Governing Documents are needed, unrelated to a Resale Disclosure Package. Documents include Articles of Incorporation, Association By-Laws, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, applicable Design Standards, and Rules & Regulations.

Selected products, where indicated, are also available with priority service (and can be ordered separately) for those who require their documents quicker. Turn-around time is 1-8 business hours.

Selected products, where indicated, may be updated by going into the Requestor's completed orders. Click on the green action button and select "Order Update". NOTE: Updates for products do not include a re-inspection of unit/home regarding covenant compliance. If an update of a covenant compliance inspection is desired, it may be ordered as a separate menu item.
