Resale Certificate Only

Trustee Letter
To be used for resale only. Includes the Trustee Letter (aka Demand), which includes a detailed description of all current assessment balances, active special assessments, and limited escrow instructions.
Available to the following requestor types: Seller's Attorney, Developer Representative, Real Estate Professional, Owner/Seller, and Title Company/Escrow.

Refinance Letter
To be used for refinance only--not intended for resale. Includes the Refinance Letter, which provides a detailed description of all current assessment balances, active special assessments and limited escrow instructions related to refinancing. Also includes the Notice to all Purchasers.
Available to following requestor types: Seller's Attorney, Mortgage Company/Lender, Real Estate Professional, Owner/Seller and Title Company/Escrow.

Questionnaire Bundle
This product includes components utilized by lenders on a purchase and includes an Association Questionnaire, Budget, Governing Documents, and the option for custom lender form processing for an additional fee.
Available to the following requestor types: Seller's Attorney, Mortgage Company/Lender, Real Estate Professional, Owner/Seller, and Title Company/Escrow.

Lender / Mortgage Questionnaire
This product is for the isolated Association Questionnaire found in the Questionnaire Bundle. The added option of custom lender form processing is available in this package for an additional fee.
Available to the following requestor types: Seller's Attorney, Mortgage Company/Lender, Real Estate Professional, and Owner/Seller.

Loan Estimate
This product is intended to provide creditors with information required for compliance with federal lending laws (RESPA/TILA).
Available to the following requestor type: Mortgage Company Lender

Other Documents (a la carte)
This product allows for requestors to select individual documents as needed. The options for this package include the Budget, Financial Statements, and Governing Documents.
