  1. Resale Disclosure Package WITH Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI)
    To be ordered at resale by Attorneys, Title Companies, and Owners/Sellers/Representatives. Package includes a Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI), Resale Disclosure Statement with escrow instructions, Budget, Annual Financials, Insurance Information and Governing Documents. Financial aspects of this product may be ordered as an Update (see Updates below).

  3. Resale Disclosure Package (without CCI) (1 – 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    To be ordered at resale by Attorneys, Title Companies, and Owners/Sellers/Representatives. Package includes Resale Disclosure Statement with escrow instructions, Budget, Annual Financials, Insurance Information and Governing Documents. An optional Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI) can also be added for an additional fee. This product may be ordered as an Update (see Updates below).

  5. Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI)
    This service includes an inspection of Home/Unit in regards to covenant compliance. This service is available for Mortgage Companies / Lending Institutions and Sellers when verification of covenants compliance is desired (with consent of Owner).

  7. Updated Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI)
    To be ordered by owner/seller when a re-inspection of the unit/home to ensure violation previously noted on Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI) by Real Property Management has been corrected.

  9. Refinance Only, Statement of Account
    To be ordered during a refinance only. Not for use during resale or first time closing. Package includes all current assessment balances and (limited) escrow instructions. This product may be ordered as an Update (see Updates below).

  11. New Home-Lot / First Closing
    Statement To be ordered when NEW HOME is closing for the FIRST TIME to a non-builder, non-developer owner. Package includes New Home Statement of Account, Escrow Instructions and other information required for first closing. This product may be ordered as an Update (see Updates below).

  13. Lender / Mortgage Questionnaire  (1 – 8 Hours Priority Service is available as a separate product)
    To be ordered by Banks, Lending Institutions, Mortgage Companies and others desiring information for a loan. Package includes Lender Questionnaire, Budget, and a Insurance Declaration. Custom Lender Form processing is available as an option when ordering the Lender / Mortgage Questionnaire.   A Convenants Compliance Inspection may be ordered as an option.

  15. Purchaser Research Package
    Typically ordered by lenders, potential buyers or representatives of potential buyers when researching information on HUD homes or property foreclosures, with consent of owner. Package includes Realtor information, Budget and Governing Documents.

  17. Governing Documents
    Included in the Resale Disclosure Package, these documents are to be ordered separately only when “Governing Documents” are desired. Documents include Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Declaration (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions), applicable Design Standards, and Rules & Regulations.

  19. Appraisal Package w/Occupancy Information
    To be ordered by appraisers desiring an overview of amenities, structures, parking, and a current report regarding the percentage of unit/homes in which owners have secondary addresses.

  21. Realtor Information
    Provides the information desired by Real Estate professionals who are listing a property, or desire to have additional information regarding a property owners association.

    Provides an overview of amenities, structures, parking and other information desired by appraisers.

    Report Provides a current report regarding the percentage of unit/homes in which owners have secondary addresses.

  28. PRIORITY SERVICE
    Selected products, where indicated, are also available with priority service (and can be ordered separately) for those who require their documents quicker. Turn-around time is 1-8 business hours. 

    UPDATES
    Select products, where indicated, may be updated from the requestor's "Completed Orders" list. Note: updates do not include a re-inspection of unit/home regarding covenant compliance, but an Updated Covenant Compliance Inspection may be ordered for an additional fee.
