This product is strictly for refinancing (not for use as a resale or first closing statement). This package includes special (limited) Escrow Instructions on a statement specifically designed for refinance purposes.  (Update Available)

New Home-Lot/First Closing Statement
This product is intended for purchase by a Developer Representative or the Title/Escrow Company when a NEW HOME is closing for the First Time to a non-builder, non-developer owner. This statement will only suffice for these types of closing and does not meet the Resale Disclosure requirements. The package includes a statement of account designed for first closings. Lender/Mortgage Questionnaire
Includes the Standard Lender Form and an optional add-on document for an additional fee. The add-on available is Custom Lender Form processing. (Note: Instructions for submitting the custom lender form will be displayed during order placement.)
The requestor types with access to this product are as follows: Seller Attorney, Real Estate Professional, Mortgage Company/Bank and the Owner/Seller.

Loan Estimate
This product is intended for the Mortgage Company/Bank preparing the "Loan Estimate" required under RESPA/TILA.
The package includes the standard Loan Estimate.

Purchaser Research Package 
Typically ordered by lenders, potential buyers or representatives of potential buyers when researching information on HUD homes or property foreclosures, with consent of owner. Package includes Realtor information, Budget, Meeting Minutes (if applicable) and Governing Documents.

Other Documents
Individual documents within the product are independently available. These options include an Appraiser Report, Governing Documents, Meeting Minutes, Occupancy Report, and Realtor Information Report. Select desired documents to add to package when shopping.

Updates
