This product meets the statutory resale disclosure requirements of the state of Texas for both Condominiums and Planned Owners' Associations (POAs). Product includes Resale Certificate with a detailed description of all assessment balances and escrow instructions, Balance Sheet, Budget, Governing Documents, Insurance Declaration and an Off-site Address Form. The Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI) is available as an optional add-on for an additional fee. (Update)

Statement of Account (NEW) (Rush and Priority Service Available) 
Provides the same statement information that is also included in the resale certificate. Product includes Statement of Account with a detailed description of all assessment balances and escrow instructions and an Off-site Address Form. Refinance Only, Statement of Account (Rush and Priority Service Available) 
To be used for refinance only; not intended for resale or first-time closing. Product includes a Refinance Statement of Account with assessment balances and limited escrow instructions. (Update)

New Home-Lot / First Closing Statement (Rush and Priority Service Available) 
To be ordered when a NEW HOME is closing for the FIRST TIME to a non-builder, non-developer owner. Product includes a First Closing Statement of Account with assessment information and escrow instructions, as well as an Off-site Address Form. (Update)

Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI) (Rush and Priority Service Available)
Inspection of Home/Unit with regard to covenants compliance. (Update)

Lender Questionnaire (NEW) (Rush and Priority Service Available) 
Provides information required for a mortgage loan. Product includes a Standard Lender Questionnaire, Budget, Insurance Declaration and Form W-9. An optonal Covenants Compliance Inspection (CCI) and Custom Lender Form are both available for an additional fee. (Update)

Loan Estimate (Rush Service Available)
For purchase by the Mortgage Co/Bank preparing the "Loan Estimate" required under RESPA/TILA.
Other Documents (Rush Service Available) A la carte documents available for selection during shopping. Includes Governing Documents, Realtor Report, Appraisal Report and Occupancy Report.

Most products include two tiers of expedite service (aka Rush Service and Priority Service). The prices and settings can vary by product and related add-on(s). All available options and additional fees are displayed during shopping.

UPDATES
For a limited time, an order may be eligible for an update. To place an update order, locate the original order under your "Completed Orders" list. The "Order Update" option is accessible via the green action button and/or via the order's receipt. Most updates are for financial aspects of the product.
